Delete your IlongGo! account
You can permanently delete your IlongGo! account and personal data at any time.
Fastest: in the app
Open IlongGo!, then Account, then Delete account. Your account is removed straight away.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone, email and login are permanently removed.
- Commuters: your ride history, points and reviews are deleted.
- Drivers: your trip records are kept anonymously for your cooperative's references, and can no longer be traced to you.
Cannot sign in? Request deletion
Enter the email on your account. We verify it and delete the account for you, within 30 days.
